TO STORE

TO SERVE

• STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350°F
• STEP 2: Remove plastic wrap off the kibbie
• STEP 3: Place in hot oven for 25-30 minutes
• STEP 4: Plate & serve with yogurt & cucumber

SWEET CHEESE KNAFEH

TO STORE

• Knafeh ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
• Remaining items ship fresh with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
• Upon arrival, store knafeh in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
• Upon arrival, store pistachios and syrup at room temperature.
• Knafeh lasts up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.
• Pistachios and syrup last up to 1 month at room temperature.

TO SERVE

• STEP 1: Thaw knafeh in the refrigerator overnight.
• STEP 2: Preheat oven to 375°F.
• STEP 3: Remove plastic wrap and plastic cover
• STEP 4: Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
• STEP 5: Poke the top of the knafeh to make sure cheese is melted through.
• STEP 6: Using oven mitts, remove from oven and place a plate over the container.
• STEP 7: Flip and remove the aluminum tin.
• STEP 8: Top with syrup & sprinkle with pistachio.
• STEP 9: Serve and enjoy (a pizza wheel and spatula are recommended to cut to serve)!

• STEP 1: Preheat oven to 400ºF.
• STEP 2: Remove plastic wrap from the tray.
• STEP 3: Remove aluminum cover and add ¼ cup water or broth of choice (not included).
• STEP 4: Place aluminum cover back on the tray.
• STEP 5: Cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
• STEP 6: Serve and enjoy!

Rice - Microwave

• STEP 1: Remove rice from plastic container and put in a microwave-safe dish or skillet.
• STEP 2: Microwave for 2-3 minutes.

TO SERVE

• STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• STEP 2: Drizzle the lamb broth on top of the Lamb Makloubeh
• STEP 3: Place the Lamb Makloubeh tray in the oven for 30 mins
• STEP 4: Remove tray from oven. Use a flat dish with a shallow edge and place it on top of the pot. Use both hands to flip the maklobeh onto the dish. Keep the container in place for a minute to rest and allow gravity to do some work before careful lifting the baking container. The maklobeh should hold its shape.
• STEP 5: Garnish with toasted almonds and Enjoy!

Cauliflower Steak Kit

• STEP 5: Plate Cauliflower Steak and Drizzle the Tahini pomegranate and Harissa Sauce on top and serve

CHICKEN FETTI KIT

TO SERVE

• STEP 1: Place the chicken and stock in a pot and cover.
• STEP 2: Bring to a boil and lower the heat to a slow simmer for about 6-7 minutes covered, turn off the heat.
• STEP 3: Heat rice in a covered skillet with a splash of water on low-medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• STEP 4: Heat yogurt sauce on low to a boil and remove.
• STEP 5: In a large deep platter, place the rice in the center and spread, place the chicken on top then line the outside of the rice with toasted chips.
• STEP 6: Pour some of the broth on top, then pour the yogurt mixture.
• STEP 7: Top with almonds.
• STEP 8: Serve and enjoy!
